Due to the bespoke nature of our laser-engraved products, customized items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all details (spelling, dimensions, design choices) are correct at the time of ordering.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, and content on this website are the property of Marco Trombone. When providing a custom logo or design, you warrant that you possess the legal rights to use such materials and indemnify us against any third-party claims.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to process and ship orders within the stated timeframes. However, delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Marco Trombone be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific product in question.
