I created a sturdy 100 % density replacement in metallic PLA, based on the precise measurements of the original. Tested for some time in the sofa bed and by hammering the part!! ...And it still stands strong. Available as 3mf, STL, or as physical copy if you can't be ask to print for so many hours.
